Lars Hönscher has worked for SiteLog since 2015. He joined as a project manager, has already worked as a project manager at SiteLog Swiss AG and has been a SiteLog team leader since 2020. His job also involves heading a team of project leads and managers. As the team leader, he is responsible for the coordination and allocation of jobs and ensures that his team members receive the training they need.

Kerstin Langen joined SiteLog in June 2022. As a project assistant, she supports those of her colleagues who are involved in the major project SuedLink. Her responsibilities change in line with the project's progress. Her job is varied and diverse. What she appreciates most about it is that no two days are the same.

Susan Lützner has worked in the field of construction logistics since 2009 and joined the SiteLog team in 2016. As a project manager in the project services department, her daily routine includes the drawing up and calculation of quotes. She is an important liaison in between the quoting stage and the job completion phase.

Benjamin Plambeck heads the purchasing department and trains SiteLog's business management trainees. He has been a member of the team right from the start. His job in the purchasing department is as varied as it is interesting, and ranges from dealing with contractor enquiries to obtaining quotes, including the contract negotiations up to contract agreement, and material sourcing throughout the various project stages.

David Sabel has been the project manager for infrastructure projects since May 2022. With his wide-ranging experience in the field of construction logistics and scheduling, he supports the planning team when it comes to drawing up construction logistics plans in the infrastructure area and the acquisition and quote submission for new infrastructure projects. David Sabel is currently the deputy project director of SuedLink, a nationwide power grid expansion project.

Max Steinert is a SiteLog project manager. He started his career with SiteLog by working for us in parallel to studying for his degree in 2016. After his graduation, he joined the company as a project manager and already worked as a project manager in the planning department. In his position of project manager, he is the person the project leads turn to at all times. His area of responsibility includes aspects such as the overall coordination of the projects, performance monitoring, talking to the customers and contractors, and drawing up quotes for any additional subsequent work.

Dennis Wefers is one of our project managers. He started with SiteLog in July 2021 and has headed five projects since then. He has worked in the construction logistics field for the past four years. His job mainly involves looking after the construction sites and coordinating the contractors on the sites. "My responsibilities are extremely varied. Someone once said to me that my job at SiteLog is like being a wedding planner for construction sites."
