IMS policy

Compliance with our IMS policy is important to us

For us, quality and environmental protection standards as well as occupational and industrial health and safety are not merely regulations that must be complied with but given elements of what we do every day. Compliance with these not only benefits everyone personally but also makes a decisive contribution to the success of our customers and our company.

Customer satisfaction

The requirements, needs and wants of our customers are determined and met in such a way, under consideration of all technical, financial and legal aspects, that the customer is satisfied with the product, the logistics, the service and the liaison, and welcomes a long-term partnership.

Protecting the environment

We will do everything we can do avoid or refrain from activities associated with the services we provide that might pose a danger, harm or risk to the environment.

Occupational and industrial health and safety

The health and well-being of all staff is our top priority; preferably, everyone should be as healthy when they go home as they were when they arrived in the morning. All dangers are immediately removed, all risks minimised. We ensure that the working conditions are safe and do not harm anyone's health, and are committed to preventing work-related injuries and illnesses.

Compliance with laws and other regulations

We comply with all relevant laws, government regulations as well as all other binding commitments associated with our integrated management systems.

Continuous improvement

We intend to continuously improve our performance with regard to quality, the environment and occupational and industrial health and safety.

Staff consultation and involvement

We actively involve all staff in the design and improvement of our management system, which includes extensive and active consultation and participation.

Our fundamental principles with regard to the company ethos, our corporate responsibility and sustainability are described in our Code of Conduct. This applies in addition to this policy and can be accessed by all staff online.

Confidentiality and information sharing

Information is treated with confidentiality and protected against unauthorised or unintentional sharing and further use.

Staff focus

An integrated management system cannot work without the participation of all staff. We therefore expect and encourage all members of staff to make an active contribution to its design and realisation, and to comply with and implement the contents.
